In charge of Green Solution House Restaurant is chef Kasper Beyer. Kasper has created a sustainable kitchen, which serves classic dishes with a modern twist – based on local and organic ingredients. You are welcome as a guest in our restaurant for lunch and a la carte 12:00 to 21:30. On Saturday and Sunday we serve organic brunch from 9:00 to 12:00.
